Art Therapy

Jackie Tabb will be taking us down a self-reflective and creative path into the world of Art Therapy. It will be specially focused on embodiment and through the lense of the artist as a bodyworker. Wear comfy clothes and the rest of the supplies (pencils, charcoal, pastels and such - no paint), will be provided.
